Area description
The apartment is at Quinta do Paraiso, located in a peaceful residential area on the west side of Carvoeiro. The coast and Carvoeiro are just a short stroll away. The Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are just a 5 minute drive away.
Property Description
This is a very comfortable and well equiped ground floor apartment(700)built in 1990 in Moorish style in a nice quiet location at Quinta do Paraiso. The apartment was completely renovated, refurbished and refurnished for 2007. The apartment sleeps up to 4 with a good size sofabed in the lounge and seperate bathroom. Within 10/15 minute walk of the nearest beach and the centre of Carvoeiro with its abundance of lovely restuarants. Carvoeiro is conveniently situated in the middle of the Algarve and is an ideal location from which to explore the delights of this sun-drenched area of Portugal. Cancellation policy
Changeover day is normally Sunday but is open to negotiation. Rental rates are inclusive of all cleaning, heating and air-conditioning charges, i.e. there are no hidden extras with this property. Very attractive rates are also on offer for long term rentals of over two weeks for periods between 1st November to the 31st March - please ask for further details. In addition, for repeat bookings a discount will be given so please do not hesitate to ask. A 50% Deposit is required with the booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday apart from last minute bookings which are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
