Area description

Quinta do Lago is one of the most exclusive areas within Portugal. The area boasts 3 championship golf courses within 2kms of each other and an exclusive designer shopping centre. Along the coast is Vale do Lobo, a world famous resort of the highest standard.

The beaches in this part of the Algarve are all blue flag and beautifully golden and sandy. There is plenty to do at the beach from parasending to jet skiing.

Property Description

This villa is beautifully finished to the highest standards. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you would expect (dishwasher, American fridge etc). The dining room with steps down into the lounge, which has satellite TV, a wood burning stove and has double doors that lead onto the covered terrace.

Downstairs there are 3 twin bedrooms all en suite and two of them have doors leading to the garden and terrace. There is also a utility room downstairs.

Up the stairs leads to a gallery that has access to a large terrace and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has doors leading onto the terrace and is fully en suite and is complete with a dressing room.

The landscaped gardens surround the house and have beautifully manicured lawns bordered with colourful flowers and shrubs. There is a built in BBQ area complete with sink and is set in a covered terrace next to the dining room
