Area description

The house is situated on the edge of a small village, 5 minutes to Guincho beach, 10 minutes by car to the town of Cascais and at the end of the motorway from Lisbon (30 kilometers) Guincho beach is world known for wind surfing. Several other beaches in and around Cascais. The village of Areia has a supermarket, bread shop, paper shop and several family run very reasonable restaurants.It also has 2 riding schools. It is close by Quinta Marinha which has 2 golf courses and horse riding. The area around the house is country with lovely walks and cycling. It is a very quirt area. Use of swimming pool and garden.
