Area description

Our apartment is within an easy ten minute walk of the town with its big selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The Marina is very close too and here you will find many bars and eating places. In the vicinity of the apartment there are a few restaurants and cafe bars. There is a grocery store selling UK foods, newsagent,bakery, hairdresser, laundry and shoe shop. Opposite our apartment there is a branch of Barclays bank. Lagos Tennis club is in the area and the Municipal Sports Complex with its heated pool and gym equipment is not far away. There are 3 large supermarkets within a five minute walk and the Saturday Farmers market near the bus station is well worth a visit. The golf courses of Palmeiras and Boavista are within a ten minute drive.

Property Description

Our modern spacious apartment is on the 5th (top) floor of a residential building in the area of Lagos called Rossio Soa Joao. The living room has two comfortable sofas and side tables. You can watch TV (satellite) or play a DVD or maybe listen to music on the stereo system. The dining area has a glass topped table and four chairs with a side board containing books and a selection of board games. The fully equipped kitchen has ample crockery, cutlery and utensils to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. There is a washing machine, iron and board, toaster, kettle and microwave oven. Both bedrooms have similar furniture with the main bedroom having a double bed. The spacious main bedroom has a sunny balcony where you can enjoy an early morning cuppa. Both have large wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. The main bathroom has a vanity unit, bath with shower over, w.c. and bidet. There is a shower room with basin and w.c. You can access the large balcony from both the kitchen and living room. There is a video entry system and security shutters for your peace of mind.
